My Belief:
Therapy is not a “One size fits all”. Each client I see has a different story, filled with their own strength’s, challenges, and goals for the future. Therapy should be tailored to fit your specific wants and needs.
I recognize the difficultly that come’s with practicing self-compassion while navigating all of life’s challenges. Throughout your journey, I will support you with creating positive growth, reaching goals, and becoming that ideal version of yourself that you desire.
